Anyone else thinking about Womadelaide this year?

Postby legal-affairs on Thu Jan 14, 2010 8:01 am

It looks like I won't be able to get across to Europe this Easter so I am looking for more local distractions. The line-up looks very tasty indeed (although the Skatalites seemed to have dropped off the press advertising, which concerns me a little). Anyone else considering it?

Yep, I'll probably be there. Frank Yamma will be performing with David Bridie and Helen Mountfort. David Bridie will also be doing a workshop session.

This might be slightly OT... but speaking of Frank Yamma, is there any word on his new album? I know David Bridie was working on it there... :)

I note Frank Yamma is on the bill for AWME - should we draw any conclusions from that?
